FCMB Rewards 3,016 Customers in Millionaire Promo

First City Monument Bank (FCMB) has given out prizes to 3,016 customers in its tenth season of the ongoing Millionaire Promo. So far, 12 winners have taken home the top prize of 1 million Naira each, while 3,004 others received various cash rewards.

Winners were chosen through electronic draws conducted from January to June, allowing many customers to participate. The promotion is open to both new and existing savings account holders and will run until September.

In the fifth draw on June 17, four more customers won the top prize of 1 million Naira, and an additional 112 received cash prizes.

The latest set of millionaires includes Ranti Badmos from Lagos, Wilson Onoezikome in Kaduna, Esther Obafemi in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, and Israel Oruma in Asaba, Delta State.

Israel Oruma, who runs a timber business, shared his happiness about winning. He said the money would help him grow his business.

“This is a big surprise. I’ve been having financial problems lately. The 1 million Naira will help a lot. I plan to put it into my business and will tell my staff, family, and friends to also open accounts with FCMB. Thank you, FCMB.”

Adetunji Lamidi, FCMB’s Divisional Head of Personal Banking, said the promo shows the bank’s goal to help people gain financial security and new chances.

“During tough economic times, savings contests like this inspire people to save more. It rewards loyalty and proves bank savings can make a real difference.”

Oyinkan Kusamotu, Legal Officer at the Lagos State Lottery and Gaming Authority, commented on the process’s fairness.

“It’s good to see FCMB sticking to the rules and being open. This honesty builds trust with customers and everyone involved.”

To take part in Season 10 of the FCMB Millionaire Promo, customers need to add at least 10,000 Naira to their accounts and keep it there for 30 days. This enters them into monthly and seasonal draws. Saving more increases chances of winning.

Even those with inactive or dormant accounts can rejoin by reactivating their accounts. The draws happen all over the country, giving everyone a fair shot at winning.
