Alade Mall: The journey to a global phenomenon

Masters Reality International Concept Limited, a subsidiary of CFL Group has unveiled the architecture design of the Alade Mall to its prospective buyers and real estate experts.

In line with Lagos Mega city projects, the company signed a 30-year concession agreement with Lagos state government.
The company amongst other development have Antilla Villas, Dorchester Court, Lincoln Heights, Bishopsfield and Whiteheavens.
The Group Managing Director is Engr. Lai Omotola.

Features of the mall

The project which will begin in December 2017 on the redevelopment of the old Alade Market into a first class mall, will be the first 24-hour LIVE, WORK SHOP, EAT and ENTERTAIN smart mall in Nigeria and West Africa at large.
It sits on 1.56 hectares of land at the highbrow Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos. The mall is just one kilometer away from the Governor;s office and located at a prime area of Allen/Opebi street.
The layout plan consists of two basement parking lot for at least 700 cars, ground floor plus three floors, 214 shop spaces, a hotel, cinema, anchor tenants, two lounges, walk-in clinic, restaurant, game shops, bowling space, offices, giant aquarium and common areas for entertainment.
The iconic design will be a delight for both costumers and the vendors. The strategic plan shows that the Mall will generate the most unprecedented crowd of shoppers in the history of Nigeria.
Unlike other malls that depend on anchor tenants across Lagos state, Alade Mall have been able to make more addition, which makes it an investment like no other.
The construction which commences in December 2017 will be completed in 24 months.
